again problem with machine .he provide duplicate spare parts

Alam was quick to reply, submitted request on Sunday morning and he got back within a few hours. Arranged for an appointment on the day itself and he was punctual. Very friendly and patient in explaining issue and breakdown of price. Issue was fixed in about 1.5 hours. Definitely recommend his service!
