Staff is on time, and able to fix the flusher in the washroom. They are skilled and honest in costing of spare parts. Price is reasonable and job was done in an hour or so. They will be my go to plumbers.

Took advantage of the situation and overcharge. My staff didn't know the price and blindly paid him. He quotes a ridiculous price just to change 1 part of the sink. The price he quoted can change the whole sink.

Did not communicate what is the problem and just buy whatever, did not tell me the prices first before working on the project. I need to ask him what is the prices while he is working on it. And he quoted me 300 RM, and other plumber just solve the problem for 80 rm
