Founded on 5th of October, 2019, Ahimsa Yoga Academy is a platform to promote love, kindness and compassion through Yoga, Meditation and Sound Healing via Tibetan Singing Bowl.

To ensure our students to learn the best and correct yoga and zumba practices, all of our instructors are experience and certified by the recognized bodies including Malaysia’s Ministry of Education, Yoga Alliance and Malaysian Association of Yoga Instructors. We offer variety yoga and fitness classes including Ashtanga Power Yoga, Flow Yoga, Fat-Burning Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Smart Kids Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Zumba and Kids Zumba.

Ahimsa Yoga Academy also serves as a gateway to help you to detox your soul and mind – reduce stress, fight anxiety and depression, and remove negativity through Meditation and Sound Healing Therapy (Singing Bowl).

On 14 January 2021, Ahimsa Yoga Academy has been awarded by Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) Malaysia as a certified training provider in International Yoga Instructor Courses, Pregnancy Yoga Instructor Courses, Kids Yoga Instructor Courses, Mindfulness and Meditation Training Courses.

Ahimsa Yoga Academy 成立于2019年10月5日，是一个通过瑜伽, 冥想和音疗颂钵去推广爱，友善和同情心的平台。

为了确保我们的学生能学习到最佳和正确的瑜伽和尊巴舞，我们所有的老师都具有丰富的经验，并得到马来西亚教育部，瑜伽联盟和马来西亚瑜伽教练员协会等公认机构的认证。 我们提供各种瑜伽和健身课程，包括阿斯汤加力量瑜伽，流瑜伽，燃脂塑身瑜珈，哈他瑜伽，精明儿童瑜伽，孕妇瑜伽，尊巴舞和儿童尊巴舞。

在2021年1月14日，Ahimsa瑜伽学院被马来西亚人力资源开发基金会（HRDF）授予认证培训机构。我们提供的培训课程包括瑜伽教练，儿童瑜伽教练，孕妇瑜伽教练，正念冥想等等。
