These 'professionals' failed to rectify the issue or provide and advise on what is causing the issue.
Explained the issue with all water heater in detail and provided the brand and model number well before hand. But all AJT ENTARPRISE did was turn on the heater and tell me what the problem was (which is what I told them the issue was). All they could do was tell was to buy an entire new unit. When questioned further they said 'maybe' if might work if they change a part.

The electrician was on time. Quite knowledgeable and he knows and understands what I want.

The appointment was at 12pm but they came slightly earlier about 1130am. They took the time to carefully check everything and explained to us the cause and cost of changing each item. Very reasonable and highly recommended. Job well done.
