One of the cleaner did excellent job at my kitchen - spotless.
However the other one assigned to clean my restroom did just okay.
Booked time for early Saturday. Vendor requested to move to 2.30pm, then at 2.19pm inform they cannot get to the condo and will come between 4.30 to 5.00pm. Cancelled at 5.15pm. Rescheduled again for 5.30pm Sunday.
I ended up stuck at home all day Saturday waiting for cleaner that didn't come when they could have just be honest and reschedule straightaway to a better time.
My home was not occupied for 1 year and they scrubbed every inch of it to make sure no mold or dust.
Very bad experience, changed the appointment and never came

We couldn't make it due to accident. We have sent you all the proof. We even suggest to reschedule, but you did not agree with that. Unexpected thing happened, we can't predict it.

You did not agree on my reschedule date and did not reply me until I went outstation. Terrible customer service
I expect all surfaces being wiped at least once but many parts left with dust. The floor is still powdery after cleaning. I called the boss, she said because 12 manhours not enough to clean my 1200sf unit. But in Recommend.my, the RM540 package is dedicated for up to 2000sf area?

We had explained you in advance before confirming the service that 12hrs workmanship would not be sufficient enough for post renovation cleaning. You were agreed and understood about it. We did not finish nor have enough time to clean your unit properly due to time frame. Recommended.my given estimate quotation. The reality base on the condition of property and size.
No turn up on appointment date. No inform on cancellation job. Bad experience.

We had informed you that we had ran in to car accident. Everyone were hurt rushed to hospital and made police report. I even had asked for reschedule for the next day for morning session. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience experienced you had with us today.
The cleaners did a great job cleaning my apartment.
