i felt like a scam and was charged RM 200 cash for a cabinet installation on the day of installation 3/5/25 and the suggested price/receipt of RM 80 was only sent to me 2 days after the work is completed. Clearly i was scammed.

secondly, prior to contacting recommend looking for installer, i mentioned that the cabinet drawer are missing slit and will require tools to cut and slit on the wood panels. However, the installer brings no tool and i had the cabinet installed incomplete. i now have to sort out the matter on my own eventhough i paid a premium for it.

Service wasn't professional as i had to supervise and even direct how the installation should be. if only i have known the installer is without tool. i do not need installer because i can put up the cabinet by myself with better finish to be honest.

I hope your platform would look into this matter in terms of fair charges, quality, and taking into consideration of why we as consumer would use your service.

Bad service quality.
The repairman is in rush and not competent in diagnosing the problem

Paid cash RM100 but received receipt via email for RM80. Just check and nothing else.
