The service quality was acceptable; however, there were issues with punctuality. The handyman initially requested to change the appointment from 1:00 pm to 11:30 am but only arrived at 3:30 pm, citing an emergency case in Shah Alam.

In addition, we had agreed on a quoted price of RM150–RM180 before the work began, as the job appeared to be quite minor. However, he later charged me RM280.

Got the job done. Battery needed replacing for the hob to work. It is a bit expensive for what needed to be done, but I also understand that the app takes a cut. Appreciate the fast service and customer communication. Will use this service again for simple house stuff.

Terrible service, kept upcharging me and in the end, the workmanship was really bad. Replaced my old tiles with new ones that were already damaged and grouting was all over the place. But still wanted to charge me extra. Would not recommend to anyone at all.
