Booked 1pm but come 12.30pm.
Reason book them to come 1pm is to let ongoing work undistrupted. They come early so, work done is less 30min - 1hr waiting other worker to do thier work. Say certain area cleaned but NOT to my expectation.. still dust all over... Bad recomendation

The cleaners came earlier by over one hour than the booking time and requested for cleaning because they will need to go for the next house for cleaning. The cleaner called non stop requesting for payment in less than an hour after cleaning as payment is thru app. One cleaner is ok but another cleaner's cleaning service not so good as she used a very wet cloth to wipe cabinet and need to constantly check on cleanliness

They were late due to car broke down. They come 1 hour later than appointment we have. I request housekeeper for 2 hour. I need to tell them what to do. Moreover, some of the part is not complete like toilet is not properly wash and I need to wash again after they left and they left airflyer in the sink without complete clean.

Toilet cleaned by the maid was okay but then because of time shortage, I felt like my floor wasn’t mopped properly

Not professional tools and equipment, apartment not clean

The 2 girls are ok thus am requesting them for repeat service. Dont know about other cleaners
