The cleaning service was very good. The unit was cleaned thoroughly and the workers were friendly and hardworking. I was very satisfied with the quality of the cleaning.

However, I was disappointed that the charging arrangement was not clearly explained beforehand. I booked the 4-hour cleaning service at RM160, but when the workers arrived, I was informed that two workers had been assigned and that the charges would be calculated separately for each worker.

I believe this should have been clearly stated before the service, as the number of workers directly affects the total cost. Customers should be informed of any additional charges in advance so that there are no misunderstandings or unexpected costs.

Overall, I was happy with the cleaning service and the workers were very friendly. I just hope the pricing and staffing arrangement can be communicated more clearly to customers before the service in the future.

Excellent Cleaning Service

I had a great experience with the cleaning service I booked through Recommend.com. The cleaner was professional, punctual, thorough, and did an excellent job. My home was left clean and fresh, and I’m very satisfied with the service. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I did move out cleaning. Really good services from them. They arrive 1hour late, nevertheless their job so good. All those dirty dirt gone. Will definitely repeat again.

The workers were very pleasant and experienced. They did not need any supervision and did a very thorough job. I am very pleased with their work.
I put neutral for punctuality because they arrived early by 45 minutes, but I was home so I welcomed them in to start early.

Overall, the service was good. They contacted me beforehand to discuss the requirements before carrying out the cleaning. They arrived on time and completed the work as scheduled. The overall cleanliness was decent for a general cleaning service.
