Overall good service

Actually I asked for 2 Cleaners but only Carol himself turn up. He supposed to come at 10:30am but reached at the Condo at 12pm. At the end He just couldn’t finish his work(he only completed 80%).

He was excellent! Friendly, fast, effective.

We needed a replacement cleaner last minute to do housekeeping next day, made a request on Sunday & Carol responded. No other cleaners available. Appreciate that they came through morning traffic on Monday in KLCC to do the job. Good cleaning, bed made hotel style & they assisted to drop off linen laundry at concierge for pickup. TQVM again.

They sent 4 maids and finish cleaning job within an hour, save time amd effective.

promise 4pm yet turn up 5.50pm

Overall a hassle free experience. Cleaners were on time and did a good job.

The Cleaners need guidance and monitoring.
