The cleaners miss some spots.

PIC is very kind on telling me to double check the work and ask the cleaners to redo if its not up to standard without the worry of time extension. However, one of the cleaner sent was inexperience and require a lot of guidance.

Sorry to say that their work is rather sloppy.

The owner was always very professional and kept me updated on everything. The cleaning lady was really good at her job and very respectful and friendly. She did a great job at ironing too.
