I coach trainees of all fitness levels, abilities and ages to help improve their health and fitness.
During my coaching tenure I have helped trainees to run half marathons, to lose weight and to improve their sporting performance. I passionately believe in working with my trainees to make lifestyle changes and showing ways that you can live a more active, healthy and happy lifestyle.
I take pride in constantly updating my knowledge and skills by researching health and fitness articles and attending training courses. I feel great satisfaction from helping my trainees to achieve a variety of goals we set.
Outside of training, my hobbies and interests includes playing basketball, watching movies, reading and spending time with my family.

I engaged Hilmi few months ago and he possessed excellent fitness knowledge. This was translated into the types of exercise that he deployed which were designed based on my needs. Hilmi also introduced variety of different exercises which made the training sessions more enjoyable.
I suffered herniated disc so Hilmi had assisted me in the healing process, including suggesting appropriate exercise based on my conditions and pain level. Few months into the exercise, my back had improved a lot and I almost could do all my favourite activities as usual.
Hilmi was very soft spoken, which suited me very well as i could not stand the military style exercise regime. He was also very flexible in his timing and very punctual. He gave advice on my dietary needs where he would try to balance between the joy of eating foods and the need to have them moderately.
Overall, i really enjoyed my fitness journey with him and this was one of my best investments. I definitely recommend his service to others.
