The first day they cancelled the second day they came very late. They did not the proper equipment to clean the external unit. I clearly specified that the external unit has to be opened and cleaned and the dirt on the fins has to be cleaned. Very disappointed.

The boss need to allocate the job to the technician more efficiently. I notice that the technician need to cover from sg buloh to shah alam to cheras and bangi. It impacts the job quality when we are the last customer of the day. Please allocate job within close viccinity per technician so you wont wear out your people and they can maintain good service quality. Job was done thoroughly and well with slight mistake that the technician has to come again the next day. I notice they were exhausted as I was their last customer of the day. Please consider

Vendor is on time. And fast service. They will clean the service area and will cement if there is a need to hack the wall.

I ask to check leaking on the copper, he did well by replace with new link copper. Great job!
