Reasonable price. Explained to me clearly before charging additional for R410A gas. Only R22 gas is provided FOC.

DC refilled using the more expensive R410 gas without first informing me - then made me pay for it when they gave me the bill. They should have checked before proceeding as I didn’t opt for the R410 refill.

Forgot to include they charged me RM10 extra than what was quoted for the gas.
