Request accepted but didn't arrange the resource till i call to them

The contractor not on time and without any notice. And nobody pick up the phone

On time and prompt to followup. Since its pest control, results remain to be seen but quality products were used.

I prepaid fee,but required many times from contractor,by whatspp,call,message board ,sms.
