worst service i have ever had.
appt at 9am, but no one show up or inform, called them at 9.17am and no one pick up, just reply traffic. no ETA was given.
at 9.33, called again, still don’t pick up. just say sorry. call again and say will reach at 10am. at 9.51am text and said need to cancel.
very poor management. could have tell me earlier the second when u turn on your waze and u know u will be late right?
