Did fix the slow water flow issue, he asked to change the hose which cost rm450 and ask me to pay cash 200. After changed the problem didn't solve and he said need to add pump for pressure which is ridiculous and unprofessional.

Guy knows what he was doing, checking to find the problem and states the solution. Luckily I already bought a replacement tap, and they install it quickly and neatly, tested it, and then tidy up the work areas. I'll call them again should I have other problems. Labor cost was reasonable.
