Not professional at all. Promise rate not fulfill. A lot of complaint of this cannot do and that cannot do.
The team was prepared with wiring eventhough I said I didn’t need it but turns out that my unit does not have it.
They were also punctual and very understanding… the first day they arrived at my place I have misplaced the key to the lock hence they had to return again. They did not get angry and was still very courteous.
Good experience overall, highly recommend them.
