Staff arrived late due to an emergency. The supervisor informed in time about the delay.
Staff was courteous, polite and accommodating and did a good cleaning job.
Communication with the supervisor was quick and efficient.
Overall a good experience.

Very basic and not thorough cleaning. Missed a lot of spaces to clean such as all the toilet bowls and mopping the floors. The male staff stop work 30 minutes before end of time.

Didn't aware that the pro sent 2 male cleaners. Cancelled the job on that day as my mom not comfortable with male cleaners in the house. Requested for a female cleaner, the pro arranged it for next day appointment. Overall good. But I would suggest the pro to hire more female cleaners on the team, as 2 cleaners can work more efficient and faster.
