They work very well with the budget given. Which is satisfying when they are capable to work with the budget given. Hence, the quality during the renovation is fairly good. Nothing to complain about. They are people friendly and is willing to listen before designing which I personally prefer as most designers like doing their own design without listening to the owner's concept. Honest and humble which I know will bring them to many business opportunities. They do not rip you off and is able to negotiate reasonably. I would say I am thankful to be able to have them as my designer and to give them the opportunity to prove me wrong about the cost of hiring a designer. Nevertheless, they did an excellent job.
