On time, team of 3 foreign workers help to clean up after the whole service. The only setback is outdoor compressor covers never been taken out so that the coil inside can be washed thoroughly.

Overall service are fine. The service provided are more to general service and cleaning. There is one unit 2.5 HP Daikin Eco King unable to be dismantle the cover to service due to it’s design (according to the contractor, not sure if this is true), they service it without dismantle the cover. On another hand, I been informed by the contractor that the aircon gas level are low, but they suggest to only refill it after the gas fully utilised (which also not sure if this is true). Anyway they do provide 3 months warranty against the service provided. Hence, I reserve my rating and will monitor if there is any problem.

Team came on time, completed the job quickly and efficiently. They were also careful and helped to clean up after the job was done.
