The worst experience I’ve ever had with a cleaning service. They were late for about an hour and a half, destroying my perfectly-timed schedule. To make it worse, when they finally arrived, they didn’t followed/didn’t understand my instructions on how to enter my apartment, wasting too much time at the security guard house. Most of service provider I deal with before didn’t have any trouble following the instructions. The quality of the cleaning is just average, albeit the cleaning were done by 3 people (I opted for 2 cleaners, 2 hrs but they provide 3 cleaners, 1 hrs instead, probably to finish fast since they arrived late). I noticed some parts in my house that they didn’t clean such as under the TV cabinet and on the carpet. Definitely not happy with them and I felt like it was such a waste of my time and money.
I recently hired HABA DINGIN EMPIRE for a home cleaning service, and they exceeded my expectations. The team was highly professional, punctual, and extremely responsive throughout the process. They delivered top-quality cleaning, paying attention to every detail and ensuring that every corner was spotless.
Despite the exceptional work, their pricing was very reasonable, making it great value for money. I am thoroughly impressed with their service and would not hesitate to recommend HABA DINGIN EMPIRE to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient cleaning service.

RM120 for 2 cleaner at 2 hours is very expensive compared to market rate of RM80 for the same service
