Never reach on time. The plumber clueless on what to do. Keep delay the appointment.

The quotation given was not up to my expectation. Therefore I opted not to proceed with the works

Issues with contractor:
1. Wasn't familiar with replacement parts.
2. The technician was incompetent and he made my problem worse.
3. Didn't keep promise to fix all my problems after worsening it. They just ignored all my calls.
