Technician was not skilled enough. Having a wobbly ceiling fan. Technician said the hook was slanted and tried to hammer it straight. This made the hook became loss and the fan wobbly even more. Then technician claimed the hook was loose which was perfectly fine before the hammering. Then he tried to fix it by drilling a bigger whole on the plaster ceiling and to no avail. Final solution was to stuff a chipped wood in between the gap to stop it from wobble.
On time and efficiently fixed the problem, recommended!
At first time, they were asking for a high price, but after they agree to negotiate at the middle. Shezad, was very polite and respectful, his team did a great job fixing the short fused issues at my home and our egate. Recommended!
