Mr Lim is punctual and really friendly, he even observed all SOP and sanitize his hands before starting his work. He explained his work thoroughly and completed his work meticulously. I would really recommend him for his quality of work and attitude.
It could have been cleaned much better. Now that the carpet is dried to large extent I see few areas where the patch of stain is still there. The odour under the carpet was still there. Can you please have it checked again and have the leftover places cleaned again?
