I never got past the appointment at the site, for which the contact person was late by half an hour. And my mistake was not talking with him on the phone first before meeting him. Because he had a heavy accent and it was so difficult to understand what he was saying in pidgin Malay. There's no way I can work with someone whom I cannot communicate with, so I thought no point proceeding from there. I didn't even tell him any specs. I felt bad that he had to come all the way from KL for nothing. Again, my bad for not speaking on the phone first, but he didn't pick up my call and merely texted.
Later, I was so shocked to get an invoice for RM100 for "work done" and that I had even paid up! Recommend has since clarified it was supposedly a mistake and there's no charge and that it is not connected to my bank account, but I'm wary now of even this platform.

IQMAL 24 ENTERPRISE using Bangladesh foreigner to deal with customer, they uses lowest quality building material to compete the price with others, and causing in unreversible serious damage to the house like rusting steel, poor tiles installation without proper alignment, skip applying water proofing, use aircond pipe for plumbing, use lowest grade wiring to set up all power point. My house is in a big mess after using their service, they then end up pulled back back their workers to other site after receiving amount of RM50k from me. Call not picking up, car broke no show, whatever shit reason they can give to avoid u. And then i have to spend another RM50k to fix up their shits. This is a terrible scammer company.
