On time and did a good job on the repair. Still monitoring if any leaks pops up requiring them to come back. Pricing was more on the high side for the work done.

Gets the job done based on agreed price. If additional unforeseen work is required, plumber stays with you till it is resolved.

The plumbing work done is fine, need to monitor for a while to make sure no more leak. The price charge is a bit expensive. Hopefully the work is good.

The workmanship is actually giving me no choice but to accept his quality as he has to knock away some parts the wall of the toilet but he cannot find replacement of the tile and he can only put cements.

So now my toilet wall is looking quite ugly. Hmmm...

Also the issue is getting bigger than the original issue, hate surprises because in this case I cannot consider some other options already but have to engage with this Pro.

Workwise they have done a good job. Their have a professional attitude and they have demonstrated that they are the expert. However they will have to improve on their image and I strongly suggest they wear a proper uniform (T-shirt or overall) to increase confidence of the customer. I also suggest that when appointment were fix the worker should arrive as close as possible to the agreed time.
Overall I am satisfied with their job. Thank you
