I can tell that they are hardworking and do their best to get the job done. Just be clear with what you want, and they'll get the cleaning done.

The team was on time and accommodating with our schedule. However the cleaning result was below expectation and they finished ~30 min before the booked timeframe. If it is not possible to finish within the time that is understandably but delivering unsatisfactory results and not using the full time is rather disappointing.

1. I have indicated very clearly that i need the cleaning tools when i requested for the service, and thats why i paid for it. When the cleaner arrived my house, they didnt bring along the vacuum cleaner, and after i called the person in charge, i was informed that one of the vacuum cleaner has broke down and the other one is using by another team. Due to the tight schedule, i allowed them to use mine. And whats the purpose of paying for the cleaning tools?
After approximately an hour, they sent the vacuum cleaner.
2. They send the cleaner which is inexperienced. Shouldnt they train the cleaner before letting them to work under "minor supervision"?
3. One of the cleaner using "fabric cleanser" to wash the exhaust fan in the kitchen. OMG, this is the basic they should know, shouldnt they?
4. I paid online for the service, and yet this company still requesting me to pay online. Isnt it funny?

Although they were on time, they were not very thorough in their cleaning. They didn't clean a lot of areas. If there was not enough time, they should have told me instead of rushing their work.
