I did not hire this “pro” so the job completion is not accurate. In fact, I did not get the quote that I was promised.

Johnson was prompt to respond and came on the same day to assess the window. He got it fixed within the next day.

Mr Johnson was professional and he came to site to check out what needed to be fixed first before giving a quotation. He came back the next day with his workers and they fixed the leaking pipe under 15 minutes. There has been no leaks since. Job well done.

I am very happy with the SP. Very reliable, informative, and honest which is very hard to find one nowadays. Infact I am still using their service till today
