Always not pick up phone and not reply msg.

they came to check my fridge on 2 Apr & took a few parts back to check, called me on 3 Apr to inform the PCB & fan need to be changed, on 4 Apr they came to replace & the cost is RM853.00 requested to pay by cash, however, after few hours I checked the fridge is still not cold. Whatsapp & called them many times but never responded as their office keep asking me to call their Technician & their Technician also not picking my calls.

Hope you can black list this kind of service provider so less people will get cheated.

The receptionist attitude is very bad, my fridge repair was not completed and payment being make. The parts look like recond parts and is factory charges as claim by them. Calling the boss not pickup. Lousy service.
