Already received payment and taken equipment back to workshop. However, after 2 weeks the equipment still under repair and haven't returned it.

Many Other honest contractors were able to tell me whether they could fix my fridge based on my picture and details given. But for this contractor.. they came to drama to come inspect... Which for my case is not needed because it was a very direct problem. After looking at it for a few minutes they charged inspection fees. Then they became inactive. The next time I called .. they told me a grandmother story of how difficult for them to fabricate a new rubber customising for me for a ridiculous price that they know I will not proceed. As an engineer and part timer repairman
myselff I can tell that they know what they are up to the moment they see the job detail and pictures but they wanted to earn the inspection fees

sorry inconvenience. once technician attend must have inspection fees due your commercial fridge spare part door gasket must special order for technician attend for do measurement. TQ
