Asked them to look into my faulty DB. They arrived the same day to fix the problem as it was a bit of an emergency.
Replaced my burnt fuses and balanced the 3 phase incoming electricity. Thank you for the expertise and professionalism.

Horrible service and even accused me of sexual harassment? There were two of us at home and were both fully clothed in the comfort of our home. The air cond is in the bedroom where no one was in and the compressor is outdoors. Why was your technician looking in between our shorts? Please Recommend.my take appropriate action on vendors like these. I am never using your platform because of this first and last experience. I called my trusty vendor and everything was settled in a day! Joey was very rude in communicating and has the audacity to accuse customers of things we don't have the time to deal with. It is beneath me to keep arguing with people like you. Also a note to Recommend.my that this vendor initially asked me to pay directly saying that paying through Recommend Pay would take a week for payment to arrive. So that's why I insisted on going through the system. Also they don't want to chat within your system and want to communicate through WhatsApp instead, which doesn't let you check on conversations and agreements made.

In replying your comment, kindly take note that you did not pay the gas refill at all. You are taking advantage on us after refill the gas with your agreement. In Recommend terms and conditions, it is clearly stated that "any airconds which suffer from gas leakage and more than 20psi from optimal reading is subject to charges". This clause I had screenshot and whatapps to you to proof that we are following the terms and conditions of Recommend. If you are not willing to pay and not intend to pay, please do not comment such sentence here. What we do, we deserve for the pay. Since you did not pay, people will feel offended on your comments!
