Horrible service and even accused me of sexual harassment? There were two of us at home and were both fully clothed in the comfort of our home. The air cond is in the bedroom where no one was in and the compressor is outdoors. Why was your technician looking in between our shorts? Please Recommend.my take appropriate action on vendors like these. I am never using your platform because of this first and last experience. I called my trusty vendor and everything was settled in a day! Joey was very rude in communicating and has the audacity to accuse customers of things we don't have the time to deal with. It is beneath me to keep arguing with people like you. Also a note to Recommend.my that this vendor initially asked me to pay directly saying that paying through Recommend Pay would take a week for payment to arrive. So that's why I insisted on going through the system. Also they don't want to chat within your system and want to communicate through WhatsApp instead, which doesn't let you check on conversations and agreements made.
They were the first to respond to my aircon problem and arrived 3 hours later (my choice). Problem was solved and Joey followed up by telephone the next door to check that all was good. Excellent customer service and support.👍
