Technician was on time and prompt, but Joey who I communicated with rude, unprofessional, and does not understand the meaning of customer service. I had requested for my air cond unit to be inspected due to a problem. Technician diagnosed and said he didn't have the spare parts and left, saying Joey will get back to me within the day and that the part would be available by the next day. So I tried to communicate with Joey and she said "checking stock", not telling me when to expect an answer. As it was an urgent matter, I tried to reach her later in the day but to respond. I decided to call and she then got very upset and extremely rude with me, saying I didn't understand the process (although no one explained to me what the process was and how long the wait is supposed to be). The vendor also didn't want to communicate on the Recommend platform, preferring WhatsApp, which is off record. Today I got an estimate with no warranty to the parts and payment to be made direct to the vendor. I asked why can't I pay through Recommend Pay, but they insisted I pay them direct. (Initially the first person who called me also asked me to pay them direct and not through Recommend). I told them that there is a warranty for services if I pay through Recommend Pay, but no response. She also doesn't want me to communicate through the platform, saying it's not private. Why wouldn't a so called Recommend.my "pro" avoid the platform and not want payments or communication made through it. It is very questionable. I am very disappointed and have already paid RM110 for nothing. I DO NOT recommend anyone to go through this vendor. I wished I had used Kaodim instead as the prices seem to be better then here.

Dear ikram First of all what you mentioned here were all not true. I had forwarded all the evidences to recommend for further investigation. From the evidences, it is strongly proven that you are accusing us and had a strong motive to do something. From the first conversation, you had your motive to copy and paste my conversation to recommend before our technician attended to you. I had been very very careful to handle this type of customer like you. My technician left at 12.30pm and at 1.17pm you asked me for the quotation. Immediately I had replied you that we need to check stock. Without patience, you went to complaint to recommend and said I did not reply to you. I had screenshot my calls talking to you to recommend as a proof. On top of that I had also screenshot my conversation telling you "Yes, you can pay through recommend pay" and you accuse us again. On the next day at 10.30am , I had quoted you when I got the stock news. This had proven that I am responsive and acted promptly but you still not satisfied. According to my technician, he feel offended because you make a sexual harassment to him by showing your private parts opened up widely when when he was doing his work. Is this sound correct from your side? Anyway I conducted my duty and responsibility diligently. All my customers are happy with our services with 5 stars review. I don't see how good and respect you are treating other people in your way without understanding and good communication with the vendor.
