I am absolutely furious with the person. He did part of the work and the woodfloor was still wet so he said he would come back after it was dry to fix it. Had paid full amount before. 2 times we set date but didn't come. Tried calling but couldn't go through. My woodfloor is super damaged already. Now i need to get another person
The project work drag for more than one week. But at first, the PIC said three days can finish.
After installed air cond, the air cond only work for 1 day. The next day air cond only able to blow out air, not cold air. We hired another air cond expert to come and check the problem, he said the air cond installation is wrong, and resulted to the compressor broken. This causes us need to spend extra money to buy new compressors for air cond.
Very disappointed.
Their work was very untidy (all wirings should be be put tidily inside trunking), they did not come on time (promised to arrive at 1pm but arrived at almost 4pm) and did not inspected the wiring point availability before actually getting into work. I paid them full yesterday despite not having completed their job properly and they promised to return in a two days to rectify their poor work quality so lets see about that!
1. Not on time
2. Simply throw rubbish and blockage the toilet bowl and toilet drainage
3. Ask extra money for the job done
4. Not professional at all
I think the electrical system at my house could hv the wiring issue from the wall plug & the wiring to the lighting system, need a whole day to check & fix. I’m not expert.. needs advice from a proper electrician. And they don’t wear mask.
