First off, communication with them was clear. I explained to them what was wrong with my fridge, and they understood it clearly, came to fix it by bringing the required tool/replacement item that fits the type of fridge I have.

The staff was friendly and very helpful, offering tips to better care for the fridge. He was very polite and accommodating too.

Will definitely reach out to them again should I encounter any other problem which will require their services.

Came over quickly. changed compressor and service. fridge is cold now. they don't deal with the digital display that was faulty. but other than that was ok.

My LG washer was making grinding noises during wash cycle (but not during spin cycle), as well as occasionally the wld be issues with the lock (dE1). Put in a request on Saturday morning for a technician to come later in the evening. They responded and sent Mohamed who diagnosed the issue and took the machine back for repairs. Machine was repaired and sent back to the house within 3 days and issues resolved.
