I understand the RM250 one-trip charge and I have already paid it, but honestly I feel the service was quite expensive for the work done.

The unclogging only took around 10 minutes and was done simply using a cable snake, with no chemical treatment or other work carried out. Before coming, I was also told that there could be many reasons causing the blockage, but in the end there was no further checking, and there is also no warranty for the work.

I respect your charges, but for a simple 10-minute drain unclogging with no warranty, RM250 feels quite high and I don’t feel the service was really worth the amount paid.
