Upon confirmation:
- 2d drawings

Add on value saving renovation package includes:

- Complimentary carpentry work or fixtures and fittings worth up to RM10,000
- Lightings and visual merchandising 
- Wet works, including plumbing, waterproofing, flooring and tiling, ceiling, brick works (this is an non-exhaustive list where scope of work may vary according to individual's needs)
