First, I have placed an order for 2 pax (5 hours) and they have gave me a call said that they will come at 11.30am due to shorage of staff but end up reached at 12.15pm without giving a call to inform. Second, when I placed the order i also paid for the equipment fee of RM30, but the cleaners only come with shopping bag with one clothe. Third, didn't wipe the window and glass door which they should be. When asking them on this, they just pushing to each other. Come to the last 15 minutes, they just wipe it simply, not really clean.

Quite a worst experience if the service provided by this cleaning company. Hope recommended.my not corporate with vendor anymore.
