Told them clearly.. check first.. quote me and once I agree to their quote only then proceed to do. The guys who came could not understand and speak Malay neither English. They were foreigners. I was repeatedly asking for the price.. they just proceed to do.
I had 2 plumbing and 3 blockages. They cleared blockages without quoting. They also wanted to proceed to do 2 plumbing issues. I told them to stop n quote me first. They said ‘boss’ will call.. while waiting for the call.. they left. After a while I received call n was advised need to pay RM 280.00 for per blockages. 280 * 3 = 840.00. I was shocked. After numerous discussions they said 400.00. I had no choice to pay since they have done it. I feel this guys are out there to cheat n not being honest about their pricing. Their expensive and not professional at all. I will not use contractors recommend by recommend.my. Not a good service.

Mr Syed & Mr Osama arrived right on time & were very careful/meticulous. No dirt or finger prints left on the wall/floor. Very informative & friendly technicians. The online application comes with automatic price quotation are superb too! I highly recommend this company.
