The scheduled appointment should be on 26/01/2021 as discussed. I've been waiting for their reply for vehicle registration number to apply permit but no update. I texted them on 25/01/2021 to mention that I haven't apply the permit so they can't come tomorrow morning, and they replied that they have fixed appointment and aren't free until Friday.
