Requested an aircon check for Saturday morning. Technicians arrived 2 hours late and were unable to bill as they did not have the invoice book. Office was supposed to send invoice next working day but I had to chase them for it after 2 weeks' silence. They then billed for much higher than the initial sum quoted by the technicians (which was subsequently amended) and insisted that payment was banked directly despite requesting for recomnpay from the start.

Come a bit late from the appointed time, but it worth the waits.
Very friendly technician, and willing to check all my AC unit condition with no charge.

I ask them come to my house uninstall and reinstall the aircon , they give me a very good experience! I call them 11 am , and they still can come to my house after one hour ! I really can't believe I ask them come and do in the same day , and they still can do it! Very professional! I will ask their sevice in the future ! Please consider them in your future aircon service list ! 😊
