hi miss . actually our team check propper already . that time before our team move out , him already ask . everything okay ? and you said yes . your aircond problem gas stuck . and open aircond everyday 10-12 hours . that y sometime got cool and sometime got not cool . the compressor cannot run prop

I am not professional aircond service so idk if he checked properly or not.. if you already knew there’s possibility the gas stuck, I think ur staff should have been able to help check and update what needs to be repair. Also when I messaged and recommend app said u guys will rearrange for free checking service for me again as u guys agree to them. But I never hear back from u guys. So there’s no other way for me other than to write my honest review here so other customers can make better informed decision whether to take ur service 😄

Anyways all the other customers out there - as you guys can read the comment… If your aircond is ok not under any faulty condition (as normal person who’s not familiar with aircond properly couldn’t tell exactly properly), if u only need chemical cleaning, it should be fine with their service. But if you needed more, beware they might not check properly, and will push the blame to u like the message shown above 👆🏻 and promised free checking service again and never hear back again from them, and you’ll need to ask another company to come in to service you again. If I knew earlier I would’ve just gone with other company service to save the hassle 😄 So you’re welcome to think properly before you make your decision whether to accept their service or not everyone!
