My only comment is that the fees charged was a bit at the high side in my opinion. I had problems with the ceiling fan (which i bought myself and could've gotten the shop to install as part of the cost).
Contractor installed fan for me and checked some issues with the water pump.
Apart from the cost, I would recommend him.
