Cleaners did such a poor job, flooded the bathroom, left surfaces wet. No concept of hygiene or standard of cleanliness. One of the worst I have ever encountered if not the worst!

The service provider was responsive and immediately responded to my service request. However, on the day of cleaning they missed me by a few minutes as they turned up on my door step late and thinking they are not coming, I left for lunch. Later I received a call that the cleaners have arrived. Service provider not flexible as they are unable to provide broom to sweep the floor due to logistic issue and I had to borrow broom from a neighbour. The cleaners who are in their early 20s also did a rush cleaning job resulting in sub par cleaning quality. Overall, the cleaning result is not worth the cleaning fee charged.
