I initially booked the cleaning appointment for 10 AM, but received a confirmation stating the team would arrive at 11 AM. That was fine. However, on the actual day, they showed up at 10 AM instead. I had to rush home as I had made plans, expecting them around 10:50 AM for the 11 AM slot. They acknowledged that this was an oversight on their part.

When they arrived, there was a lot of back and forth about parking. My apartment has designated guest parking just outside the condo complex, but they claimed they had to park by the roadside. In reality, my security guard confirmed they were already parked in a proper guest zone with an image of their vehicle safely parked in the parking zone.

Then, a male and female cleaner showed up, a husband and wife team, I believe. I wasn’t informed in advance that a male would be part of the team. I personally don’t have an issue with this, but it would’ve been good to get a heads-up, especially since some clients may prefer an all-female team for safety or comfort reasons.

Communication was another issue. Only the male cleaner could speak English, and even then, it was difficult to explain things clearly. The female cleaner didn’t understand English or BM, so we couldn’t communicate at all. For example, when I asked the male cleaner to remove the bedsheets, he said “okay” but didn’t follow through. I ended up removing them myself in all three rooms.

As for the cleaning itself, I was very disappointed. The only things they seemed to manage well were dusting and sweeping. There was no thoroughness, and I ended up hiring another cleaner to redo their work, basically removing and rewashing all the bathrooms. They were slow, unfocused, and didn’t manage to clean the entire house, something other agencies usually complete in under two and a half hours, even though I always book a three-hour slot. They didn’t get an ironing done, didn’t they manage to clean the balcony or the entrance either.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this agency.
