1. Not adequately equipped
2. Not punctual
3. Too expensive

Day 1 (19/5/2020) - Analysed the problem. Was not able to fix the leak. Recommended the drainage cap to be changed. Was not able to do it on the same day due to another prescheduled appointment. Reassured will come first thing in the morning the next day.

Continued inconvenience of not being able to use my kitchen sink for 2 days.

Day 2 (20/5/2020) - Was late. Came after 1.30noon. Changed the drainage cap but water was running slow. Required glue which plumber did not bring along and asked me for it. Since I did not have any glue, he then used my stove to melt some plastic to use as glue.
Initially charged rm190! Talk about day light robbery! After bargaining paid rm150 which I still believe is ridiculously expensive! With a crying baby in my arms I could not argue anymore and had to just settle with it.

A TOTAL RIP OFF FOR A LESS THAN AVERAGE SERVICE.

They were supposed to see and estimate first. I was the one who made the request but just took the words of my housemate who was just there to let them in. They transacted with him instead of me. He doesn't know anything about my request. They convinced him to make them proceed to do work without the quotation. After the work is done only then they said that the charge was RM190. They also accepted the cash from my housemate even though I specified that I am going to pay thru Recommend.my . This is a scam what they did. We were obligated to pay for RM190 work that only required a little hammering for about 5 minutes. I do not recommend this company because they do not follow what was agreed and what was in the request.
