The service provider messaged the night before to change service time but I declined due to reserved time slot with condo mgmt office 9am-12pm. Besides I have a lunch appointment and he must finish all 3 aircons by noon. The service provider was OK to revert to original time.
Friendly and efficient, my Aircon is running again after some issues with the wire. Will use your services again in the future. Tq!
Now this is what a I call a real professional. Came on time (in fact he came earlier than requested), speak respectfully, politely and with good attitude. He get the job done properly. Outstanding service. And he is local (Malaysian), not some terrible pakistani.
