After service said need to top up gas but charged higher than what it quoted in the recommend platform.

Our technician explained the findings and the reason for the additional gas top-up, but unfortunately our explanation may not have been fully understood. Thus the job has been withdrawn from gas top up . We do not charge customers above the RECOMMEND’s price. Our pricing follows a fixed standard rate, and any additional charges are always explained before the work is carried out. We value all customer feedback and are always happy to clarify any concerns.

Vendor provided floor cover during service and used appropriate tools during servicing, Also cleaned my compressor thoroughly. Vendor also showed me gas pressure before gas top up to show me the difference before they refilled. Felt I was provided a professional service. Will contact again for service.

The service provider messaged the night before to change service time but I declined due to reserved time slot with condo mgmt office 9am-12pm. Besides I have a lunch appointment and he must finish all 3 aircons by noon. The service provider was OK to revert to original time.
