The price is unreasonable, the installer is very clumsy and rough.. he accidentally dropped the door parts multiple time. Without ensuring he collects the door part beforehand, he just left the parts on the floor and close the door till one of the door parts was stuck underneath the door causing dented and scratched on the parts.
Not hygienic, he left with alot of dirt coming from his slipper. And I have to moped my house multiple times to get rid of the dirt!
Overall, worse service.

The technician came over and solved the issues and everything works fine now. My issue is the workmanship was not up to my standards. He couldn't fit the thick gauge wire into the slot so he cut off half the copper cable and didn't wrap it up with electrical tape. So now there's some ugly exposed wiring which is a safety hazard and when he cut the copper cables, the copper pieces flew all over the place inside the DB box, all over the floor, inside my shoes and other places. Again, safety hazard. Ultimately it did fix the problems which is why I agreed to pay.
