They were not experts in Electrolux washing machines. They did not check properly to diagnose the problem. They assumed a part needed replacing after only checking water pressure in my home as opposed to checking the washing machine. Another service provider came the following day and checked the washing machine properly, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the problem without needing to change the part at all.

1. I specifically mentioned that my dryer does not work and the my washing machine during spin cycle is making loud noises.

2. I paid RM560 for the repair but when the washing machine was returned, the dryer still did not work. Error code - H59

3. After complaining to Recommend, they came back to take it for servicing again but then said i did not tell them about the dryer problem when it was in the customer record then only they admitted that it was a misunderstanding.

3. my washing machine was returned on 24th May. And this week it broke down again. During the washing cycle - Error code show U-13.

I am frustrated that it's not even been 2 weeks and my washing machine broke down again. No breakdown of what my payment entailed. They didn't tell me what was the problem in the first place or what did they changed to fix the parts.

Not sure what I paid for actually. How can I claim a full or partial refund?

Drain pipe installed - no leaking- working bug but uncemented. (Acceptable), washing machine tap - unusable- unable to close tap need switch off mains and redo.
